I have not been able to find a date for when these Betsey Johnson earrings were first released. My best guess is late 1980s to early 1990s. I acquired them in a grab bag at a garage sale about 1995. They are on the original display card and the original price sticker on the back is $35.00. There are also some stock numbers, but they may be from the store rather than the company.
Condition of earrings: I have done a light cleaning on these, just a wipe or two with a jewelry cloth to brighten them up a bit. The earring hooks appear to be original and I will be happy to replace them with new ones at no charge. As with any jewelry in the Vintage range (over 25 years) there may be signs of normal wear and tear...even being on the original display cards, as Ii have no idea what the storage conditions were. With that in mind, all vintage jewelry is sold AS IS and all sales are final.
